Welcome to Nerona

Nerona is a stablecoin protocol and wealth management platform built for the onchain HNWI.

We issue two instruments — USDnr and sUSDnr — and wrap them in an app that works the way a private bank does: RM-led, concierge-serviced, and composable across cards, payments, and yield. The difference is that everything underneath is onchain, verifiable, and programmable.

We don't custody your assets. We don't hold a banking license. What we do is assemble the best available infrastructure — M0 for T-Bill-backed stablecoin issuance, Upshift for vault architecture, Fluent as our native chain — and operate a protocol that separates control from execution by design.

The instruments

USDnr is our base stablecoin. It's fully backed by short-duration U.S. Treasuries through M0 Protocol. Think of it as the onchain dollar inside the Nerona ecosystem — the unit of account for yield, lending, and spending.

sUSDnr is the yield-bearing staked variant. It's built on Upshift's ERC-4626 vault infrastructure and earns yield from a diversified basket of DeFi strategies deployed across multiple EVM chains. No leverage. Non-custodial by construction.

Both are live on Fluent mainnet and Ethereum mainnet, with additional chains on the roadmap.

The wealth management app

The Nerona app is the consumer surface. It's where clients:

  • Mint and redeem USDnr and sUSDnr
  • Access strategy vaults beyond the base stablecoin
  • Spend via Nerona cards and onchain payments
  • Move in and out of fiat through regulated partners
  • Talk to a relationship manager

The app is where the protocol meets people. The protocol is what makes the app different from every other neobank that will exist in 2027.

Who this is for

Nerona is built for sophisticated allocators — HNWI, family offices, and crypto-native operators across APAC and beyond — who need capital preservation, real yield, and liquidity access without onshoring or sacrificing transparency. If you're evaluating where to park a meaningful balance onchain and you care about how the yield is produced, who can touch the funds, and what happens when something breaks, you're in the right place.

Nerona is not a bank. Nerona does not custody client assets. USDnr and sUSDnr are cryptoassets; holding them carries smart contract, market, and counterparty risk.
